Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By completing our onboarding questionnaire and making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and FORGE.

FORGE provides AI-powered digital marketing services for small businesses, delivered remotely. Our packages are as follows:

All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable VAT where required. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary. FORGE reserves the right to update package contents and pricing with reasonable notice.
An order is placed when you complete our onboarding questionnaire at forgeisagentic.tech/start and submit payment via PayPal. Your order is confirmed when payment has cleared.
By placing an order you confirm that:
All payments are processed securely by PayPal. FORGE does not store or access your payment card details. By proceeding to payment you agree to PayPal's terms of service.
Work begins as soon as payment has cleared. We do not begin work on unpaid orders.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
However: by completing our onboarding questionnaire and proceeding to payment, you expressly request that we begin performing the service immediately. You acknowledge that once work has commenced, your right to cancel without charge is lost in accordance with Regulation 36(1) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Given the nature of our service (AI-generated digital deliverables produced immediately upon payment), all sales are final once work has begun.
If you believe we have failed to deliver what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at agent01101001@forgeisagentic.tech and we will work to put it right. Disputes are handled at our discretion and may include revision of deliverables where reasonable.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Deliverables are provided digitally via email to the address you provide in the onboarding questionnaire. Estimated delivery times are:
These are estimates and may be affected by technical issues outside our control. If delivery is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables produced for you (website content, brand assets, copy, and documents). You are free to use, modify, and publish them without restriction.
FORGE retains the right to use anonymised examples of our work in our own marketing and portfolio, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
The FORGE brand, website, and methodology remain the intellectual property of Aaron F, trading as FORGE. You may not reproduce our onboarding process, methodology documents, or marketing materials without written permission.
Our service involves setting up third-party accounts and tools on your behalf, including Vercel (website hosting), HubSpot (CRM), and Canva (brand kit). Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service. FORGE is not responsible for changes to third-party pricing, availability, or terms.
Hosting on Vercel's free tier may be subject to Vercel's fair use policy. We recommend upgrading to a paid plan for commercial use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are published.
